Does Gallery Grab ever see my password?
No. You log in yourself in a real, visible Chrome window — the same login screen you'd use normally. Gallery Grab automates the clicking after you're signed in. Your credentials are never typed by, shown to, stored by, or sent anywhere by the app.
Which platform does it work with?
It's built for photographers whose client galleries live on Pic-Time. You'll connect using your own yourname.pic-time.com subdomain. Will this get my account into trouble?
Gallery Grab operates entirely inside your own account, in your own browser, at a respectful pace. It downloads only galleries you already own. That said, you’re responsible for your own account and Pic-Time’s terms of service; please review them and the EULA before purchasing.
Is it really unattended?
Yes. After you sign in and pick your galleries, you can switch to other apps or walk away entirely. A live progress bar tracks each download and you get a desktop notification when the batch finishes. Just leave the Chrome window open — minimizing is fine.
What if I get a new computer?
A license covers one machine at a time, but it's yours to move. Deactivate on the old computer (or from your dashboard) and activate on the new one — no extra charge.
Mac or Windows?
Both. Gallery Grab runs on Windows 10 / 11 and on macOS — the same app, the same features, on whichever you use.
What’s the refund policy?
